Happy New Year from KSDE!
Blessings from His Holiness Karmapa and the Lineage Masters at the Kagyu Monlams in India. We are happy to announce that both Ringu Tulku Rinpoche and Drupon Rinpoche also send their best wishes for the New Year to everyone at KSD Edinburgh and have agreed to come and teach here in the summer and autumn respectively. We’ll keep you posted once the exact dates are confirmed.

Saturday Matinee: November 1st
The Saturday Matinee on November 1st will feature precious teachings on Medicine Buddha by His Holiness Karmapa and will be the ideal precursor to the Medicine Buddha Instructions given by Lama Zangmo on December 6th and 7th.
The Four Extraordinary Foundations
On Sunday 19th October, Ani Rinchen will present an overview of all four foundation practices with particular emphasis on the first practice of Refuge and Bodhicitta.
Film Show in honour of Akong Tulku Rinpoche
As we eagerly anticipate a wonderful weekend of teachings and Dharma activities with Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche we are pleased to announce an important additional event. In honour and commemoration of Akong Tulku Rinpoche we will be showing a short film giving a glimpse into his extraordinary life and work.

Kagyu Samye Dzong Edinburgh is closed throughout August for the summer holidays. The Centre re-opens on Monday September 8th for the Autumn term with a full programme of weekly sessions and monthly courses. Details of all these can be found on the calendar and course bookings can be made online.
