Please note that Samye Dzong Edinburgh is open for our daily programme of prayers, classes, and meditation sessions until Friday December 20th when we close for the winter break. The Centre will re-open on Monday January 6th 2014 with a full and varied range of monthly courses as well as our regular weekly programme.

Samye Dzong Edinburgh will be closed for the summer break from July 31st 2013, throughout the month of August and will re-open on Monday September 9th for the Autumn 2013 term.
On Wednesday June 26th, in honour of the birthday of His Holiness Karmapa, the supreme Head of the Kagyu Lineage, there will be a simple ceremony at Samye Dzong Edinburgh with an opportunity for those who wish to offer Kattas or flowers for His Holiness.
A wonderful opportunity to live in one of the lovely rooms in the tranquil 3 bedroom private flat on the 2nd floor of Samye Dzong Edinburgh, in the heart of the city, with access to all the Centre’s facilities.
