A one off introductory class to experience the benefits of Qigong, which can also lead to the possibility of joining the long term course of Wild Goose Qigong for those who are ready and able to attend on a regular weekly basis.
Green Tara is the female embodiment of Buddha nature whose practice transforms fears and negativity into strength and loving kindness. Participants need to have taken Refuge and received instruction. However, beginners are also welcome to sit in and make a connection.
This practice helps us to develop our own pure qualities for the benefit of all sentient beings.
