This graceful yet powerful Qigong form is based on the fluid movements of nature and animals to energise, balance and revitalise body and mind. Classes will begin with warm up exercises and end with a short meditation.
A one off introductory class to experience the benefits of Qigong, which can also lead to the possibility of joining the long term course of Wild Goose Qigong for those who are ready and able to attend on a regular weekly basis.
