As our lives continue to be affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever to look after our physical, mental and spiritual health, as well as doing whatever we can to help others. With that in mind we have created the KSDE Lockdown Library.

Lama Rinpoche reminds us to not worry. At the moment around the world everyone is going through certain difficulties, but we should see in a positive way that after the end of the virus we will have a better environment.
