Most of us experience stress or anxiety at some point in our life, but perhaps we’ve not had the right training in how to deal with it. Taking a secular approach we will learn simple methods to slow down, calm down, rest and heal within. These four stages can help us understand what it is to meditate and find peace in a hectic world. They can help us face and cope with all that arises.
Breathing exercises to relax, visualisations and meditations will be shared. It is beneficial for us and for those around us if we can cultivate a calmer, kinder, more peaceful attitude and will facilitate our path through life in general. This course is suitable for everyone, including beginners. Websites, books, and CDs will also be shared to help us survive and thrive in the 21st century.
