Progressive Meditation Course
With Ani Rinchen Khandro
To complement our weekly meditation sessions, this three part progressive, monthly course will run on Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Instruction will be given on methods of sitting and walking meditation with emphasis on the practice of resting, recognising and stabilizing the mind in its natural state of awareness.
At first meditation is not easy. But with regular, focused practice the benefits to our physical and mental health and well-being are invaluable.
This course is open to everyone but please only book if you wish to attend all three parts.
