Ani Rinchen Khandro will explain the meaning of taking Refuge for those who wish to formally become Buddhists and participate in the Refuge Ceremory with Lama Yeshe Rinpoche.

MEDITATION IN ACTION, JOY IN DAILY LIFE
A Keynote Talk by Lama Yeshe Rinpoche
Whether we are sitting in meditation or engaging with the world we need to develop a healthy, balanced and stable mind. Lama Yeshe Rinpoche gives practical instruction on meditation to calm the mind and advice on how to apply it in action for a meaningful and joyful life. The talk will be followed by a Q & A session.

THE SEEDS OF GOOD DEEDS
A film about the work of Akong Tulku Rinpoche by Sitar Rose
A documentary, shot mainly in Tibet over several years, featuring rare footage of Akong Rinpoche and students on visits to some of his many projects.

Guru Rinpoche Shower of Blessings Tsok Puja
The 8th Anniversary Weekend concludes with a thanksgiving puja and celebratory sacred feast. Everybody is welcome. Offerings and donations are much appreciated.
