By Ani Rinchen Khandro
The vast scope and range of Buddhist teachings can seem daunting. Ani Rinchen Khandro begins at the beginning with an overview of the life of the Buddha and the subsequent spread of his teachings, as fresh and relevant to modern day life as in their early origins in India.
The afternoon session focuses mainly on the Tibetan Kagyu tradition and the importance of following a genuine and authentic lineage. There will also be time for questions, discussion and meditation. This course can stand alone or open the door to further teachings, such as the Four Preliminary Foundations course which begins on December 8th and continues into the New Year.
