The Four Preliminary Foundations
Part 4 – Samsara, The Illusory Nature of Worldly Life
Ani Rinchen presents the concluding session of the Preliminaries, or Four Thoughts That Turn the Mind to Dharma. The topic of Samsara concerns the sufferings and futility of worldly life. The aim is to see through its illusions and realise our true nature, like the lotus that grows in mud yet blooms unstained.
Prayer and Meditation sessions are offered free of charge. However, all donations are much appreciated and go towards the upkeep of the Centre. Any such offerings enable Samye Dzong to serve the community and provide the opportunity to cultivate generosity.
