Swimming Dragon Qigong

Weekly on a Wednesday from 6.30pm at Kagyu Samye Dzong Edinburgh

This graceful yet powerful Qigong form is based on the fluid movements of nature and animals to energise, balance and revitalise body and mind. Classes will begin with warm up exercises and end with a short meditation.

(Suitable for those with body movement awareness.)
