Ngondro Practice on Sunday the 30th October is to provide an opportunity for people who are practicing any of the Ngondro disciplines, be it Refuge and Prostrations, Dorje Sempa, Mandala or Guru Yoga, to practice in the Shrine Room.

If there is the demand we will make it a regular, monthly, Ngondro Practice Day.
