We are honoured and delighted to be hosting Rinpoche and receive this important teaching, ahead of his visit to Samyé Ling in honour of the Parinirvana of Akong Tulku Rinpoche.

In order to ride life’s turbulent waves we need to find balance and equipoise within and so transform our lives. Spoiler Alert, it’s all in the mind.
