Weekly Guided Meditation sessions to decrease stress, increase energy and cultivate awareness with inner peace of mind in a supportive group space.
Please note, this will be the last meditation session of the term before our winter break.
Places are limited. All sessions must be booked in advance on our website (see below). Attendees are required to wear a face mask and have been vaccinated or have recently tested as Covid free. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill, even if it is just a cold. Thank you for your compliance with these safety measures for the health and wellbeing of all concerned.
Prayer and Meditation sessions are offered free of charge. However, all donations are much appreciated and go towards the upkeep of the Centre. Any such offerings enable Samye Dzong to serve the community and provide the opportunity to cultivate generosity.
