Ani Rinchen Khandro presents the first part of the Four Preliminary Foundations, also known as the Four Ways of Turning the Mind to Dharma, These Teachings are the essential building blocks on which all further Buddhist teachings are based, right up to highest Mahamudra.
Prayer and Meditation sessions are offered free of charge. However, all donations are much appreciated and go towards the upkeep of the Centre. Any such offerings enable Samye Dzong to serve the community and provide the opportunity to cultivate generosity.
