Chenrezi, known as the Lord of Compassion, embodies the compassionate activity of the Buddha. This practice helps us to develop our own pure qualities for the benefit of all sentient beings. The text is recited in Tibetan. However, beginners are welcome to sit in and make a connection.
NEW GUIDELINES FROM JUNE 2022
– Booking for Pujas or Guided Meditation sessions is no longer necessary. You can just turn up on the day.
– Wearing a face mask at the Centre will be a personal choice rather than a requirement.
– Hand sanitiser will be available and recommended before entering the Shrine Room.
Prayer and Meditation sessions are offered free of charge. However, all donations are much appreciated and go towards the upkeep of the Centre. Any such offerings enable Samye Dzong to serve the community and provide the opportunity to cultivate generosity.
