Instruction on the Practice of Chenrezi

An opportunity to learn the Sadhana of Chenrezi, Bodhisattva Lord of Compassion, and cultivate his precious qualities in ourselves for the benefit of all beings.

Ani Rinchen Khandro will summarise the history and meaning of the practice, then go through the text, giving instruction for both individual and group practice of Chenrezi Puja.

Texts will be available to purchase on the day. Do bring a pencil and a red pen for text marking.

Please note: this course is for those who have already taken Refuge, or who intend to do so this year.
