A gentle, weekly drop-in yoga class for all levels with Jane Mann.  Includes postures for relaxation, balance and core strength, as well as breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation.

Jane Mann will be covering classes during Winter/Spring term 2017.

Where possible, please bring a yoga mat.
