The Four Ways of Changing the Mind Part 1 Precious Human Life
with Ani
Rinchen Khandro
In this course Ani Rinchen Khandro will present Part 1 of this four part course based on the preliminary thoughts of Tibetan Buddhism known as the Four Ways of Changing the Mind. You do not need to be a Buddhist but simply bring an open mind to approach these four topics of:
- Precious Human Life
- Death and Impermanence
- Karma Cause and Effect
- The Illusory Nature of Worldly Life
By exploring these profound subjects we begin to see beneath the surface of appearances and start to understand the nature of how things really are. Cultivating a more spacious view we are better able to appreciate our life and benefit ourselves and others. The first topic of Precious Human Life will be presented then used as a basis for meditation, reflection and discussion.
Part 2, 7th June
Part 3 on 5th July
Part4 on 6th September
