Meditation in Daily Life with Ani Rinchen Khandro Meditation is not some exotic practice that requires a knowledge of Eastern religions. Nor is it a chore or ritual obligation. In fact, meditation is the most natural thing to do. It is the key to realising one's true nature and to leading a happy and fulfilled life. It helps us to de-stress, find peace of mind, focus and access our inner wisdom. In this one day course Ani Rinchen Khandro will give instruction in simple meditation techniques for use in everyday life. There will also be ample opportunity for questions and discussion. The course is suitable for beginners or for those who wish to refresh their meditation practice. |
