Part 3 – Karma, Cause and Effect Ani Rinchen will present the third preliminary foundation which concerns Karma, or action, it's causes and effects. This profound, and sometimes misunderstood subject, is central to the lives of all beings. We will study, discuss and meditate upon the far reaching effects of Karma. |

| Introduction to Meditation
with Ani Rinchen Khandro Ani Rinchen presents the what, why and how of meditation. Instructions will be given on posture, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness of body and mind. As we learn to let go of our habitual busy thinking we allow the space to simply be present and experience who we truly are. With regular practice we feel happier, less stressed and more aware. |
