First Sundays, 2009

First Sundays are a new part of KSDE's regular programme of events. Held on the first Sunday of each month, they will consist of instruction from 10.00am to 11.00am, practice from 11.00am to 12.00am, and a social gathering from 12.00pm to 1.00pm. First Sundays will offer a brief introduction to the practices for beginners, and an opportunity for more experienced practitioners to experience them more fully.
