Four Ways of Opening the Mind: A Summary of The Four Ordinary Foundations with Ani Rinchen Khandro

Ani Rinchen Khandro will summarise The Four Ordinary Foundations, or preliminary subjects of contemplation, namely: Precious Human Life, Death and Impermanence, Karma Cause and Effect, and the Illusory Nature of Worldly Life.

The course will be an overall review of these profound topics and allow time to discuss and meditate on each one. It is suitable for both Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike as we explore beneath superficial appearances to gain understanding of our lives. It will also be useful for those who wish to deepen their understanding before embarking on the practice of the Four Extraordinary Foundations.
