At Home in Body and Mind: Festival Weekend Event

In the year of Scottish Homecoming, what could be better than feeling truly at home and at ease in body and mind, wherever you are? This unique weekend health event shows the way with meditation, qigong and a choice of taster therapies.

Introducing Qigong and Meditation with Ani Rinchen Khandro Ani Rinchen shows how to relax, refresh and re-energise body, mind and spirit with simple qigong exercise and meditations for use in daily life.

Special Therapy Taster Sessions with fully qualified therapists A great opportunity to experience Head & Body Massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, Reflexology,Thai Massage, Crystal Healing and Core Process Psychotherapy.
Sunday 30th August, 11.00am till 4.30pm The Theosophical Society 28 Great King Street	£15 for each 30 minute treatment or only £25 for two.
