This one day course is suitable for complete beginners or those with some experience who wish to refresh and deepen their meditation practice. Ani Rinchen Khandro will go through the what, why and how of meditation, starting with fundamental advice on posture, breathing and relaxation. There will be the opportunity to try various sitting and walking meditation methods in an open and supportive atmosphere as well as time for questions and discussion. Please wear soft, comfortable clothing.

Tea etc will be provided during the teabreaks. You may also wish to bring a packed lunch or eat at a nearby cafe.
